Daniel Wayne Balke, beloved son of Birnie Clyde and Rena Marie Balke, passed away after a heroic battle with cancer. Daniel was born in Austin, Texas on March 3, 1961 and passed away on January 6, 2021, peacefully at his home in Wimberley, Texas. He was 59 years old.

He is preceded in death by his parents, C.E. “Cub” Bear and Carol Murray-Rummel and his sister, Jody Leigh Bear. Mark is survived by his wife of 45 years, Rox- Ann Bear; Children, Cody Allen Bear and his wife Jaymi Bear and Ashley Bear Kipp and her husband Max Kipp; with grandchildren, Landon Shane Wilbanks, Hudson Palmer Bear, Hayden Hays Bear and Vivian Monroe Kipp and brother, Devin Bear.

After celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary in August and his 91st birthday in November, retired Chief Master Sergeant William (Bill) Dallas Oswalt celebrated his homecoming in heaven. He served as a medic in Korea and around the world. He retired as an advisor to the Air National Guard in Portland, Oregon.
