Garden Club Meeting: Oak Wilt Update Join the Wimberley Garden Club to hear Karl Flocke from the Texas A &M Forest Service give the latest news and recommendations on Oak Wilt for our region at the club’s monthly meeting Wednesday, Oct. 12, at 10 a.m. in the EmilyAnn Theatre & Garden’s Meeting Room. Azula Hunter-Thiam was named the Wimberley High School Homecoming Queen and Tru Couch was named the Homecoming King. The duo were crowned at halftime of the Texan football game versus Jarrell. The juniors were Ace Gonzales and Macey Hollar, the sophomores were Waylen Duyck and Jillian Kiowski and the freshmen were Noah Ramirez and Macee Chessher.
