In support of Paul Polhemus and Larry Catt for WWSC Board of Directors

Wow is about as good as it gets. Robin and I were scheduled for our C-19 immunization shot/s with the first one being on Monday 2/1/21. We arrived and had a terrific experience, the entire facility was well staffed plenty of help and directions very quick processing and most of all everyone had a terrific attitude local support was a pleasant sight and welcomed CERT members were fully ready to assist and answer as well direct Gary Callon did scare me when he said MY appointment had be canceled but it was ok for Robin to proceed. I fell for initially, then the Callon humor surfaced and I was relieved.

NOW ! While we are here and reading, I get my WWSC [Wimberley Water Supply Corporation] ballot in the mail and I see two new names running against long term board members. In discussions with existing board members and one of the new candidates, whom I do respect. But in my view the WWSC is a well run, smooth very low profile very efficient running operation. GM Allen, I have often dealt with in my time as an elected City official, has often not given me the answer I ‘wanted’ but did answer firmly well experienced and offered logical rational for support of his answer. This is a reflection of the board members and each time I left with a high respect for Allen, the Board and the entire WWSC Staff including office and field. No exception.

At this time in our local scene I’m looking for tranquility and smooth operations. I have no desire to see the or read about bickering and individual issues being espoused. To me WWSC exemplifies the classic adage “if it is not broken, don’t mess with it.” WWSC is not broken .
