The Gold Award is the highest possible achievement with the Girl Scouts of America, and it is now part of the growing tally of accomplishments for Wimberley High School senior Makenzie Haston. Gold Award recipients must provide a lasting solution to an issue in their community, so when it came time for Makenzie to choose a project to pursue for her Gold Award, she thought of the younger Texans that share her school district and her community. 02/24/2022 12:00 AM

Saturday, March 5, begins the 2022 Wimberley Market Day season with a notable milestone for the Wimberley Lions Club. The reason for their celebratory mood is due to the fact that Market Days has been operating at Lions field for the past 50 years. Mark and Becky Williams to underwrite Wimberley Players streaming rights

The Wimberley Players are pleased to announce as part of their new underwriting program, that Mark and Becky Williams will be underwriting the 2022 season streaming rights for the Wimberley Players theater. Streaming was introduced in 2020 as an approach to broaden the audience for the Players productions. It became a popular option for those who wanted to see live theater but were unable to attend in person.
