Wendy Diane Janzen (Thompson)

Wendy Diane Janzen (Thompson) passed away on February 26, 2021 in Wimberley, TX after a lengthy illness. Born 12/31/48 in Rice Lake, WI, she was raised in northern Minnesota, worked and lived in Illinois & Colorado before settling in Texas.

She was passionate about gardening & cooking and good at both! She also loved the warm weather climate where she made her home.

Proceeded in death by parents Gene & Edwin Thompson, husband Gary Janzen, Sister Char Osborne, and nephews Steve Osborne and Eric Suomala.

Survived by children; Mike Jarvi (Lorri), Bill Jarvi (Cindy), Tim Jarvi (Brandy). Siblings; Debra Suomala, Missy Thompson (Ed Hustad), Kevin Thompson (Ana). Grandchildren; Taylor Platzer, Logan, Aubrie & Bennett Jarvi. Nephews; Dave Osbourne and Adam Suomala as well as an abundance of friends and relatives. Also, her companion dog, Buddy.
