Jeffrey P. Oakford, Sr.

Jeffrey P. Oakford, Sr., age, 70 of Wimberley, Texas, passed away on Friday, February 7th, 2020 at his home surrounded by family. Jeff was born on January 28th, 1950 to Helen and George Oakford in Cleveland, Ohio. He met his wife, Dorothy, of 50 years at a basketball game in Newberry, Ohio in 1970 and was married later that year.

After joining the Army and proudly serving in the Vietnam War, Jeff was honorably discharged and relocated to the Hill Country where he spent most of his time working on cars, building beautiful homes and with his family.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Dorothy Oakford, sons, Jeffrey P. Oakford Jr., (Tellina), Jeremy P. Oakford (Vanessa), Mark A. Oakford, and his grandchildren: Ella and Chloe Oakford.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 7th, 2020 at the Church of Christ in Wimberley, Texas.
