    DANIEL CISNEROS ALBARADO

Daniel Cisneros Albarado

Long time Wimberley resident Daniel Cisneros Albarado left to be with God on May 19, 2020.

Daniel was born on May 13, 1942 in Kyle Texas, and was raised on the Rainbow Ranch with his loving parents, Celestino and Josie Albarado. Dan grew up and attended school in Wimberley, and was always doing his best to live up to his favorite poem—If, by R. Kipling and the words of P.H. Bowen, his mentor.

Dan was an excellent student and athlete, and graduated from Dripping Springs High School in 1960. He went to SWT University for awhile, and later took a job as plumber for builder, Floyd D.Smith in Wimberley. In 1971, he took the job as foreman for the Bridges Ranch. In 1987, Dan married the love of his life, Jean. Dan and Jean shared their love with their son, Justin D. Albarado.

Dan was a wonderful husband, father, horse whisperer, cowboy, horse trainer, team roper, farrier, plumber, and all around good ol’ boy. Dan was always ready to help anyone in anyway he could. To all the ones who knew Dan, give a big “shout out” so he’ll know we remember him.

Dan is survived by his wife, Jean Albarado of Wimberley, his son Justin Albarado,daughter- in- law Casey, and their daughter Savannah from New Braunfels ; and grandson, Malachi Reyna from Lubbock. And Dan has a passel of relatives all around the area.
