KAPS Blood Drive Katherine Anne Porter will be hosting a blood drive. Donors can register at WeAreBlood.com and scheduling an appointment at the mobile blood mobile when it is at KAPS on August 31. Donors will received a free shirt and We Are Blood will make a donation to the KAPS Scholarship Fund for every completed donation.
Hays County Commissioners have opted not to increase property taxes for homeowners.
