Wimberley Education Foundation to host Community Bash

The Wimberley Education Foundation is holding its annual Community Bash on Friday, taking advantage of a Thursday-night football game.

The event will be held Friday, Sept. 8 at 6:30 p.m., at The Water’s Point in Wimberley (13401 Ranch Road 12). It will feature live music from the Jesse Stratton Band, live and silent auctions, food and drinks, dancing and an opportunity to spend time with other Wimberley ISD supporters.

Advance tickets for the event are $50 and can be purchased at eventbrite.com. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door for $70.

Supporters also have the option to purchase additional tickets for their favorite WISD teacher(s). Multiple levels of sponsorship are also available, including: • Platinum: $2500 (16 total tickets + perks) • Gold: $1000 (8 total tickets + perks)

• Silver: $750 (6 total tickets + two door prize entries)

• Bronze: $500 (4 total tickets + door prize entry)

• Supporter: $250 (2 total tickets + recognition)

One hundred percent of the proceeds from WEF’s event go directly to support, encourage and inspire Wimberley ISD’s staff, teachers and students at every level.
