Wimberley Comprehensive Plan review meetings
The Wimberley Comprehensive Plan Review Committee has two remaining meetings left in June. The Comprehensive Plan is typically annually reviewed in the city of Wimberley, but it has been a number of years since the last review. “The current plan basically covers years 2000 to 2020, with the most current revision in February, 2016,” Phil Collins, chair of the Comprehensive Review Committee, said. The public is invited to participate in the meetings. The committee is tasked with grading the city’s performance on specific objectives in the current plan, gathering public input on the vision of Wimberley’s future and identifying critical items to focus on now as the city will likely update the plan significantly within the next two years.
