Taking a Wine Walk at Blue Hole

The Wimberley Community Civic Club has done it again. Their Wine Walk last Thursday at Blue Hole was not only well attended, but as usual, it was one of the most fun times in Wimberley’s festive calendar.
Over 19 wineries and food vendors were present. Instead of crossing Ranch Road 12 over and over again to sample another winery, it was all located at Blue Hole. The weather may have been a little warm, but it was cool in the shade and the rains did not arrive until Saturday.
Although musical entertainment was by Andy Bertelson during the walk and the Jesse Stratton Band down by the picnic area, the real entertainment was the walkers. Many of the groups dressed up for the occasion, such as the Sparkling Wine group and the Fluffy Muffies.
