Rodeo advance ticket sales to begin Sunday

Advance tickets for the Annual Wimberley VFW Rodeo will go on sale Sunday at noon.

Tickets will be available at the VFW Hall, 401 Jacobs Well Road on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from noon until 6 p.m. Advanced ticket prices are $12 for adults, $7 for children 12 and under. There is no charge for children three and under. Prices at the rodeo gate will be $15 for adults and $10 for children.

A limited number of box seats may be available for $35 on advance ticket purchase days only. Cash, check or major credit cards will be accepted.

The rodeo runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 1 through 3 at the Chester Franklin Rodeo Arena on the VFW grounds. Gates open at 5:30, mutton busting is at 7 and the rodeo begins at 8.
