One local dies in fatal car accident

A man from Wimberley was killed in a single car crash last Friday.
Lawrence Golden, 65, of Wimberley, was killed in the crash.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the accident occurred at 4:43 p.m. on November 16 on Winters Mill Parkway. Golden was driving west on Winters Mill when his 2013 Lexus left the north side of the roadway at a high rate of speed, entered the ditch and rolled multiple times.
Golden was the only person in the car.
