KWB starts ‘We Care’ business beautification recognition program

Do you know of a Wimberley Valley business that has great curb appeal and is doing its part to help keep Wimberley beautiful? Nominate them for Keep Wimberley Beautiful’s (KWB) new business beautification recognition program called ‘We Care.’

Biannually, up to 25 stand-out Wimberley Valley businesses will receive We Care awards for their dedication to the attractive appearance of their buildings’ exteriors and outdoor spaces.

“Our entire community benefits from the ripple effect of their pride in ownership,” a press release from Keep Wimberley Beautiful states. “The efforts of these businesses inspire other business owners to maintain attractive, well-kept properties and make exterior improvements” and “result in an attractive business district and the overall beautification and appearance of Wimberley.”

KWB is accepting spring We Care nominations from March 1 - 31, 2022. To nominate a business, email [email protected] the name and address of the business.

We Care committee members will begin tours and judging nominated properties according to curb appeal and maintenance the first week of April. Business winners will be notified on April 22, 2022 and will be recognized on social media, in print, and with a We Care sunflower decal.
