City Hall helps Crisis Bread Basket

Crisis Bread Basket board chairman John Myers and Wimberley City Councilwoman Christine Byrne unload food items collected at City Hall for the Crisis Bread Basket. The non-perishable food was collected by Wimberley city staff and city council members for Hunger Action Month (September) and National Food Bank Month (October). The Crisis Bread Basket is Wimberley’s independent food bank. An all-volunteer organization, the CBB is entirely dependent on organizations’ and individuals’ donations of grocery items and money.
