Christmas shopping begins at November’s Market Day

Wimberley Market Day happens on Saturday, November 6, the second to the last opportunity of 2021 to explore Lions Field in search of that perfect purchase. This month’s market is the first of two exclusive shopping days to find any number of unique hand-crafted items and art collectibles for that one-of-a-kind Christmas gift. Beyond December’s Market Day, the next chance to indulge in the Lions Club’s famous brisket at Concession #7 will not happen again until March 2022.

Live music at Lions Field begins around 11 a.m until 1 p.m. Monte Goode headlines the Pavilion Stage. JR Rustic Rhythms performs on the Hilltop stage. And, Phoenix Jordan plays at the Shady Grove stage.

Wimberley Market Day is held on the First Saturday of each month, rain or shine. November’s shopping hours are from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lions Field is located off FM 2325, about a mile from the Wimberley Square. The $5 donation accepted at the Lions Club’s parking lots helps to fund the various grants and scholarships distributed by the Wimberley Lions Club.
