Celebrate Christmas early at Wimberley Market Days

The last Wimberley Market Day for the year is on Saturday, December 2. Celebrating all things Christmas, the Wimberley Lions Club, vendors, and volunteers from the community will be in high spirits to ensure a festive experience for shoppers and visitors alike. Taking an afternoon away from his busy seasonal schedule, Santa Claus will be at booth #325 on Lions Field to receive gift wishes and take photographs with his fans of all ages. Lion Amy Cox said, “Naughty or nice, come see Santa!”

As always, live music starts at 11:00 a.m. until about 1:00 p.m. Monte Good headlines the Pavilion stage. Alias Newman plays the Shady Grove stage. And, Rosedale plays the Hilltop stage.

Wimberley Market Day is held on the first Saturday of each month, rain or shine. December’s shopping hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Lions Field is located off FM 2325, about a mile from the Wimberley Square. The $5.00 donation accepted at the Lions Club’s parking lots helps to fund the various grants and scholarships distributed by the Wimberley Lions Club.
