36th Annual Home Tour set for April 12 and 13

The Wimberley Community Civic Club will hold its annual Home Tour of five unique homes on April 12 and 13, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., both days. The tour will also include the historic Winters- Wimberley house. Tickets for the tour are $30 each and available online at wimberleyccc. org. Tickets, wristbands and maps can be picked up at the Wimberley Wimberley Visitor Center, 14100 RR 12, on April 2 and 3 and April 9 through 13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Home Tour festivities kick off in style with “A Night in All White” fundraiser and party from 7 to 9 p.m. at the home of Steve Parshall. Guests can tour Parshall’s personally- designed architect’s retreat, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship with old-world mortise and tenon framing. The Kick-off Party will feature music by Guitarista Kelly, bubbles, sweet bites, an online auction and breathtaking Hill Country sunset views. Guests are encouraged to dress in all white. Tickets for the April 4 Kick-off Party are $60 and are available now at wimberleyccc.org.

“I am super excited about this year’s Home Tour. Our homes showcase the unique charm and beauty of the Texas Hill Country and offer a glimpse into our region’s rich history and contemporary lifestyle,” said Hill Country Home Tour Co-Chair, Alicia Dedman.

The Wimberley Community Civic Club raises funds for scholarships and grants for local non-profits through events like the Hill Country Home Tour.
