Have you heard the term, “All the world’s a stage”? If so, did you know it’s from Shakespeare’s play, As You Like It, which Wimberley’s professional Shakespeare company is producing and performing in September?
The character Jacques performs the monologue. Alan Rickman and Kevin Kline have both played the role, and now Kevin Gates, a professor of Theatre History at Texas State University, takes on the role at the EmilyAnn Theatre and Gardens!
As You Like It is running September 6-29, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Buy tickets online now as seating is limited. Performing in the Indoor Studio Theatre!
