Barnabas’ first 5k off to a running start

They turned out and they were of all ages. Saturday morning early, individual runners and families including kids, all participated. There were booths, games and lots of winners. This town is a healthy town and it was on view at the Blue Hole and the parking lot.
Best of all, the money raised by contestant fees went directly to the Barnabas Connection. Since 2004 they have been helping this community and those who actually need the help.
A big part of the relief effort during the 2015 floods directly the 501 c 3 non-profit organization. They help those in need in the Wimberley Valley. For more information please see their website at : barnabasconnects.org .
