Art on 12 celebrates Works by Women

Art on 12 gallery in Wimberley invites the public to their free, special exhibition event, “Women about Women” on Saturday, October 12, opening reception from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. This fine arts gallery, one of the largest in Texas, is “home” to about fifty artists of multiple mediums. This special event features the oil paintings of Maxine Price and sculptures by Pat Moberley Moore. Price said, “For the past few months, I have been creating a new series of figurative paintings that are based on some of my dreams and some of my poems. I am pleased to have several of these new figurative paintings, along with the poems I have written about them, included in this exhibit. My good friend of many years, Pat Moberley Moore, of the Houston area, will be exhibiting her beautiful sculptures as well. Pat and I are excited about showing our works together around the exciting theme of women artists creating art about women.”
