Adult Prom Night is back for fundraiser

ProjectArt’s Adult Prom fundraiser is back from another year.

This year will be a bit different than years past with special guests Big Cedar Fever.

Big Cedar Fever is a string swing band out of central Texas that specializes in classic western swing and jazz. Three part harmonies and tight musical arrangements draw listeners in, only to be taken away by the classic style and lyrics that relic another time and place.

Following the live music, DJ Ken Strange will take to the stage to provide more dance music.

There will be libations, snacks, a silent auction, photo booth, raffle and the crowning of a prom king and queen.

Adult Prom Night is happening on February 26 from 7-11 p.m. at Old Glory Ranch in Wimberley. It’s a fundraiser for projectART, a local arts organization that funds youth art programs.

Tickets are available for a discounted price until February 22 at projectartwimberley.org.
