First Day of School Wimberley ISD’s first day of school will be August 17 Adam and Chris Carroll at Susanna’s Kitchen Hear Adam and Chris Carroll at Susanna’s Kitchen on Thursday, August 18. Wilkes named new WHS principal
Wimberley ISD is pleased to announce that Ryan Wilkes has been named the next principal of Wimberley High School. The WISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved Superintendent Greg Bonewald’s recommendation at its special-called meeting on August 3. A wildfire broke out on the edge of the Wimberley Valley last week burning an estimated 44 acres over six days before essentially being contained early this week.
