Lady Texan volleyball continued to make statements last week with signature wins. Coach Stephanie Barthels and her team traveled to Cuero Tuesday for a non-district match against a potential first round playoff opponent. The Woodcreek Men’s Golf Association (WMGA) is proud to announce the Club and Senior Championship tournament at the Double J Ranch Golf Club (formally Quicksand Golf Course). The event, which has taken place every year since 1975, will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at 8:00 AM and Sunday, 13th at 11:30 AM. This two-day tournament is the highlight of the golf season for Wimberley area golf players. The Club and Senior Champions are announced at the end of the two days. The Club Champion must play from the blue tees and the Senior Champion from the white tees. The Senior Champion must be at least 70 years of age.
