Mark Lance Parrish March 22, 1956 – January 8, 2019

Mark was an accomplished musician. He loved making music and bringing folks to their knees listening to him play. He had a culinary gift and enjoyed being in the kitchen preparing exotic dishes. He loved gardening and had a special gift of the green thumb. Mark was a gentle, kind and loving soul with an amazing sense of humor. Mark was pretty much a perfectionist on all his passions. He loved his daughter most and because he never got the chance to perfect being a daddy, he died of a broken heart and too soon.

Mark was proceeded in death by his beloved mother Barbara Ann Parrish and two half-brothers Mike and Randy Whittaker. He is survived by his beloved treasure and daughter Evan Roxanne, his loving sister Jan D. Parrish and her husband Dennis Hubbard, his father Retired AF Col. John A. Parrish Jr. and wife Verna Denise Parrish, half-sister Michelle D. Beaver and her husband Gary Beaver and their children; his niece Alexandra Parrish and nephew Coy Beaver, step-brother Martin Twilla and his wife Cindy and their daughter Victoria Twilla, and step-brother Neil Twilla, his wife Heather and their son Niko Twilla, not to mention many cousins. Mark was always proud of our accomplishments, truly forgiving of our shortcomings and mostly to call us his family. He will be deeply missed by all who know him and loved him.
