Kevin Yankovoy

Kevin Yankovoy, 18, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2019. Kevin was born in San Marcos, Texas to Thomas and Suk Hui (Suki) Yankovoy on April 7, 2001. Kevin grew up in Wimberley Texas and he was a Senior at Wimberley High School. He is survived by his Father, Thomas Yankovoy, his Mother Suki Yankovoy and his older brothers Tommy Yankovoy and Justin Yankovoy. Kevin was a shining light in this world. His enthusiasm and vibrant personality was engaging to everyone. Kevin was involved in many endeavors growing up, included intermural soccer from ages 4 to

14. He was an avid player of the drums in the Wimberley Junior High School Band. He enjoyed summer vacations at his Grandparents house in Pensacola, Florida and Christmas vacations skiing in New Mexico. Kevin loved swimming in the waters of Pensacola Beach and in his backyard swimming pool. He discovered his interest in the Lord through his Sunday bible school teachings. However, his most ardent passion in this world was his interest in cars. Since age 5 he developed his real strong pursuit in fast cars and trucks. He carried this passion with him his whole life. In 2018 he opened his own car dealership, Kevin’s Classic Cars. In this endeavor his found his life’s passion, but was cut short way too soon. Kevin is now in a better place in God’s graces. A funeral service is being held in his honor at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Wimberley, Texas to be followed with a burial in the Wimberley Cemetery.
