Carroll Edwin Morris

Carroll Edwin Morris passed away peacefully Saturday, February 23, at Country Village Care in Angleton, TX. at the age of 91. He will be missed by his family and friends. Carroll was born in San Angelo, TX on April 29, 1927, to Clell and Beulah Morris.

He is proceeded in death by his wife of 64 years Lillian Wolbrecht Morris.

Carroll and Lillian lived in Sweeny, TX, Wimberley TX. and Canyon Lake, TX. before returning to Lake Jackson Tx. in 2011.

Carroll is survived by his 4 children, Payton Reynolds and wife Doris of San Antonio, Jennifer Williamson and husband Al of Channelview TX. , Tommy Morris and wife Debra of Lake Jackson TX, and Vicki Tuscana and husband Jimmy of Sweeny, Tx.

Carroll is also survived by his brother Wayne Morris of Sweeny, TX.

Carroll enjoyed square dancing, making the 6.2 mile walks as a member of the “Happy Hikers”, wood working and traveling with his wife Lillian.

Visitation will be held Thursday 2/28 11:00am at Thomason Funeral Home, Wimberley TX. followed by a graveside service at 12:00 Wimberley Cemetery .
