This custom home is a new build and is owned and occupied by the designer. It features many energy saving and elements and is ADA compliant.
This home, built in 1964, was completely renovated after the Memorial Day flood of 2015.
Home tour tickets on sale
Tickets are on sale now for the 31st Annual Hill Country Home Tour.
The Wimberley Community Civic Club event starts with a Kick-off party on Thursday, Nov. 8 from 5-8:00 p.m .at The Red Corral Ranch. The $55 ticket includes live music by Erik Hokkanen, food provided by The Leaning Pear, drinks, dessert bar, raffle games, and silent and live auctions.
The Home Tour follows on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 9-10, with six Wimberley homes. Three of the homes have been completely renovated after the 2015 flood, two are new builds and one is a historic ranchero. Each home has a unique story which the homeowners are proud to share with the community. Tickets are $20 for the Home Tour.
There is a special combination price of $150 which includes admission for two to the Kick-off Party and Home Tour along with a limited edition glass ornament.
Tickets are available online at www.wimberleyccc.org/home-show. You may also purchase your tickets at the Wimberley Visitor Center with cash or check. All guests must pick up a wristband and map of the homes at the Visitor Center prior to visiting the homes. No tickets will be sold at the homes this year.
