Unique auction items take spotlight at Wimberley Players fundraiser

Be prepared before auctioneer and Players prez David Bisett shouts, “Going, going, GONE.” He’ll be pounding the gavel at the Celebrate the Wimberley Players fundraiser on Sept. 28 at Vintage Oaks Farm.

Sportsmen will surely want the stunning handmade knife and sheath from Rainbo Designs in Dripping Springs, donated by King Feed. To complete the Sportsman Special package, donated by Teresa Kendrick, you can win a Penn Graphite Fly-fish Rod and Reel, Advanced Anglers Sling Pak, hunting vest and cap, even a case of craft beer. And when you get back from the wild, schedule a haircut with the one and only Laura Trcka, also included.
