Boo! Hole is no tricks, all treats

The Wimberley Parks Department has it down pretty well when it comes to trick or treat. Saturday at the Boo! Hole event, Wimberley kids of all ages turned out for a scary scream or two and plenty of treats on the Boo Hole trick or treat trail.

The Blue Hole parking lot had lots of booths and games to play and plenty of treats to munch on or take home. You know, to get you through to Wednesday’s real Halloween.

The Wildlife Exhibit was of scary, creepy animals that were fun to look at. There was even an exhibit of animal skulls that you could win a prize at guessing correctly. Fires and s’more to roast on were there and to top off the night, a photo booth and best of all, a movie on a big screen and outdoors, “Beetlejuice.”

It was a great event and the next Boo! Hole promises to be better as each year the Parks Department makes it better.
