On March 9, 2022, Sherlyn “Cher” Kelly passed away at her home in Driftwood, Texas. She was a woman of strong faith and desired to see God move in her life. Cher was a devoted mother to four children and attended the Hill Country Cowboy Church. Cher owned a hair salon in Wimberley for over 30 years. She was loved by many people within the Wimberley community. Cher is survived by her four children, nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, her sister, aunt and uncle. When none came forward, Ed and Laura Hoppe (pronounced “hope”) gave the newly nicknamed Chris his forever home.
