WHS Senior Caden Romo to be Air Force Falcon
Wimberley HS senior Caden Romo signed a National Letter of Intent on December 20th at a ceremony at WHS’s Texan Gym to continue his playing career at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Flanked by his immediate family, and cheered on by scores of other family members and many of his Texan teammates, Romo made official a verbal commitment he gave to the Falcons back in June. 12/27/2023 12:00 AM

Get a fresh start to 2024 with the Polar Bear Plunge and 5K run at Blue Hole Regional Park, January 1st. The event ushers in the New Year with a combination of fitness and fun. The 5K route begins at Blue Hole, winds through downtown Wimberley and concludes with an exhilarating plunge into the crisp waters of Cypress Creek.
