WHS Senior Caden Romo to be Air Force Falcon
Wimberley HS senior Caden Romo signed a National Letter of Intent on December 20th at a ceremony at WHS’s Texan Gym to continue his playing career at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Flanked by his immediate family, and cheered on by scores of other family members and many of his Texan teammates, Romo made official a verbal commitment he gave to the Falcons back in June. 12/27/2023 12:00 AM

The Wimberley Texans (14-0) took on the Bellville Brahmas (14-0) in round 5 of the UIL Texas State championship playoffs in Pflugerville Friday night. It was a highly anticipated matchup as both teams came into the game undefeated. The Texans basketball team advanced to 2-1 this week as they won on the road against the Randolph Ro-Hawks (0-2) on Monday at Randolph Wimberley came out strong taking a commanding 10 point lead against the Ro-Hawks in the first half and never looked back as they out scores Randolph in every quarter but the second with a final score of 76-46 giving The Texans back to back wins. 11/30/2023 12:00 AM
