As part of the the Water Wide educational series, Salwa Khan, of the Mothering Earth podcast and radio program on KWVH, is hosting “Water Wise: A Business Dedicated to Water Conservation” at The Leaning Pear restaurant, 111 River Rd., from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
Visitors will meet Sarah Simpson, Architect, of Colorspace Architecture + Urban Design and Rachel and Matt Buchanan, The Leaning Pear owners, who will lead a tour of the restaurant to talk about the many ways the business has incorporated water conservation into their daily practice.
