Aqua Texas’ statewide rate increase and system consolidation proposal was heard by Administrative Law Judges on April 21. No final decisions were made during the hearing, but testimony from The Watershed Association, The City of Woodcreek and Hays County, who are aligned as intervenors in this case, was given. Aqua Texas also provided testimony.
