Performing on the Pavilion Stage is Jesse Stratton, on the Hill Top Stage is Monte Good and on the Shady Grove stage is Chris Winkler. Food and drink available to purchase.

Death Trap, the twisty dark comedy by Ira Levin continues on the Wimberley Players stage at 7:30 p.m. at the Wimberley playhouse, 450 Old Kyle Rd. Tickets are $30 and available at wimberleyplayers.org.

The Starlight Symphony will present its 2026 Young Artists Concert Series on two nights, March 7, 7 p.m. at Huston Tillotson University in Austin and March 8, 4 p.m. at Wimberley First Baptist Church, 15951Wiinters Mill Parkway. Winners of the SSO’s Annual Young Artist Competition will showcase their talents. SSO concerts are free to attend and family friendly. Donations are always appreciated.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #6441 presents “Eighty Flags of Honor,” at VFW Post #6441, 401 Jacobs Well Rd. in Wimberley with a display of eight American flags dedicated to a veteran or service member. The family-friendly event will include a brief recognition ceremony, children’s activities, live music by The Kade Isakson Band and free food. It is free to attend. “Nothing Stays the Same: The Story of the Saxon Pub,” premiers in Wimberley, 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wimberley Playhouse, 150 Old Kyle Rd. The 71-minute documentary is told through the lens of its owner, Joe Ables, its regulars, staff and beloved musicians. Q and A session follows.
