The Lady Texans wrapped up the regular season last week and will shift their focus to the playoffs as Wimberley looks to win their second consecutive postseason.
Wimberley finished the season with a 14-19 overall record and a 5-5 district record. The Lady Texans had a rough start for the season but were able to regroup and finish their year back in the playoffs.
The Lady Texans will face the Manor New Tech Titans in the first round of the UIL 4A Division II playoffs.
New Tech enters the playoffs with a 29-4 overall record and a 12-2 district record, having come second behind Lago Vista in the District 25 Class 4A.
Wimberley and New Tech previously met in the playoffs last season where the Lady Texans defeated the Titans 63-11 to win the Bi-District championship.
Tip-off for Wimberley and New Tech is set for 6 p.m. Tuesday at Goldie Gym in Seguin.
