The Lady Texans continued to roll through district play, defeating the Bandera Bulldogs 8-0 in their road district game.
Wimberley improves to 13-1-1 overall and 5-0 in district play.
The Lady Texans scored seven goals in the first half before adding another in the second.
The road win is Wimberley’s 11th consecutive victory for the season and is the end of a three-game road stand for the Lady Texans.
In district play, the Texans have scored 25 goals while only allowing three for a point differential of +22, the best in district.
Wimberley will play two home games this week, hosting New Braunfels Long Creek on Tuesday then Marble Falls on Friday for the start of the second half of district play. Both games are scheduled to start at 7 p.m. at Texan Stadium.
