Woodcreek City Hall closed its doors on Monday because of the extreme weather conditions affecting the area. They advised residents to report power issues directly to PEC and water issues directly to AQUA.
With temperatures expected to drop even lower on Monday night, they asked citizens to stay off the roads as much as possible out of respect for first responders. For those persons having trouble staying warm, they advised contacting Barnabas Connection at 512-842-9674.
The city advised signing up for weather notices at WarnCentralTexas.org and visiting the website HaysInformed.org for information concerning road closures and other important safety measures.
