Dr. Timothy Estrada has joined Wimberley Valley Dental as an Associate Dentist.
Originally from San Antonio and one of six children, Dr. Estrada grew up in a lively, close-knit household where travel, togetherness and service were cornerstones of family life. Surrounded by mentors in healthcare, including several within his own family, he knew from an early age that he wanted to pursue a career devoted to helping others.
Estrada attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in geography, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in Dallas in 2019.
Throughout his training, he took a patient- focused approach to care, he said, listening closely, easing fears and helping patients realize that a visit to the dentist doesn’t have to be intimidating.
Outside the office, Estrada enjoys attending Texas Longhorn football games, traveling, running, hiking, trying new restaurants and working through a good crossword puzzle. He stays active with his dog, Sadie, and loves spending time outdoors.
