Some of the many qualities I most admire about Debra include her deep understanding of the law as it applies to city government (Woodcreek is not a business; it is a local government serving the people), her passionate advocacy for the needs and concerns of our citizens, her incredible memory of past actions and decisions (critical, since projects can span years), her attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes, her strong organizational skills, her excellent working relationships with staff (crucial for a mayor), and her problem-solving abilities and focus on getting things done.
