The Starlight Symphony Orchestra is unveiling a program for the Fall season designed to make hearts bloom.
Their “Love and Romance” concert features Tchaikovsky’s “Romeo and Juliet Fantasy,” Sibelius’ “Valse Triste,” and Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 “From the New World.”
Directed by Dr. David Oertel, there will be three performances: October 10, 7 p.m. at the Wimberley Valley Winery, 2825 Lone Man Mountain Rd. in Wimberley; October 11, 7 p.m. at Bowie High School, 5103 W. Slaughter Ln. in Austin; and October 12, 4:30 p.m. at Wimberley First Baptist Church, 15951 Winters Mill Pkwy., in Wimberley.
There is no cost to attend, but donations are welcome.
