I have lived in Woodcreek for 27 years and have watched it grow adding more new homes and more families moving here. I have observed the current council working countless hours on new projects under the leadership of our current mayor. We now have parks, events for residents, a community garden and much more to come. The council has done its research and secured grants and bonds to help pay for these projects for the city while maintaining a healthy budget and keeping taxes low. Committees made up of local residents have been formed to address issues such as water conservation, drainage, trees and quality of life issues providing feedback to the council and mayor. Debra Hines has worked tirelessly for the city and will continue to ensure these issues will be addressed keeping residents informed as information becomes available.
Vote to elect Debra Hines for mayor, reelect Krista Richardson for council and Linda Swedberg for council. Under Debra’s leadership, with support from Krista, Linda and the current council, we will keep Woodcreek moving forward in the right direction!
