Sept 19, 2025 Ms. Bailey has the professional and ethical qualifications that are needed to run a city powered by mostly volunteers. She knows the laws, the ethics, and the importance of good accounting skills. She is dignified, cheerful and friendly. She is smart!
In conversation with Linea, I feel genuinely heard. She inspires me to express myself, and to aim for success with reasonable goals. She is a good leader and will encourage a city of volunteers to work together peacefully; I have witnessed this special skill.
Linnea reminds me of an old Buddhist motto that I try to live by; “don’t take things to a painful point.” She knows instinctively when to stop pushing so hard in a conflict and how to hold the space, for peaceful resolutions and solutions to arise. I have witnessed Linnea encouraging good will and creativity among her supporters. She projects keen respect for others, regardless of their diverse histories and life goals.
