Is It Just Me?

Here are canine quirks from both my readers and me.
I realized why my offkey singing was hurting my dog’s ears when I heard his pitch-perfect imitation of a passing siren. He’s a natural.
My dog wakes me up in the morning, not by scratching my bedroom door or barking, but by coughing until I finally get up. I guess the other options need too much energy and don’t get her the results she wanted.
My dog follows me everywhere, even if I am only going a few feet away. He gets in as many steps as I do.
My dog likes to put his chin and one foot on the table, whether I’m at home or out. I guess he is hoping someone will finally take his order.
My 75-pound Rotterman hates the vacuum cleaner. My other dog, a headstrong Catahoula, never takes notice of it. In fact I could vacuum her toes if I wanted. Unfortunately the Catahoula has decided that her brother knows best and so both dogs now hate the vacuum. They will hold a grudge for hours if I go against their wishes and use it.
It seems that my dog wants privacy when he pees. Instead of going outside, he often goes up to the landing, looks at me and continues upstairs to do his business on the pee pads I place for overnight needs. Did I leave a newspaper upstairs for him to read?
My dog will only eat out of a blue slowfeeder bowl, mainly because her sister uses one.
My dog sleeps with me, which isn’t all that uncommon. But she has to sleep with her head on my pillow and with the blanket up to her neck. She lets me know she is very unhappy if I turn over during the night and her blankets come off.
My dog gets kibble covered with wet dog food for dinner. He meticulously picks out the tiny kibble nuggets and drops them beside his bowl. It doesn’t matter which kibble I use, if there isn’t wet food on a particular piece of kibble, it gets tossed.
