I have known Debra Hines for several years now. Multiple aspects of her personality come across rather strongly. They are qualities that make her an exceptional candidate for mayor of Woodcreek. She is definitely outspoken. Her ability to speak clearly regarding issues is notable. I have noticed her willingness to step into areas and speak out vocally to clearly communicate her positions. She also listens to people well, a quality sorely needed in community governance. She also does not hesitate to speak her mind and voice her opinions. I have noticed her comments come with a degree of clarity and very seldom does she leave much left unsaid. This one special quality of caring enough to fully express and defend her positions has served her and the citizens of Woodcreek well. I believe it will continue to do so in the position of mayor. I have noticed Debra actively participates in and demonstrates a high degree of caring for the citizens as well as their individual rights as our treasured citizenry.
