Community Workout hosted by Red Oak Strength and Joy Lab Fit Co., 9 a.m. to noon, at Oak Park, 109 Oak Dr. Open to all ages and fitness levels, the workout is free.

Suicide Awareness Walk, 9 to 11 a.m., Blue Hole Regional Park, free. Join the WISD Wellness Center in collaboration with The Greater Mercy Foundation to raise awareness, offer support and honor those affected by suicide. Break the stigma surrounding mental health and promote hope. For all ages.

Birds & Brew, 8 to 9 a.m., Blue Hole Regional Park, free. Take a bird outing with aviary biologists from SWCA Environmental Consultants. For aspiring birders of all ages. Coffee supplied.
