The Poster Boys, September 2

Included is music by 13th Floor Elevators, Freddie King, The Conqueror, Lightning Hopkins, Greezy Wheels, Mance Lipscomb, Bubble Puppy, Johnny Winter and Shiva’s Headband.

Following the film, there will be a brief question and answer period with Bob Simmons as well as Alan Schaefer, Professor of English at TXST and Editor of “Homegrown: Austin Music Posters 1967 to 1982.”

Tickets are $9. Doors open at 6:15 p.m, complementary pizza from Pie Society and drinks from Middleton Brewing served from 6:30 p.m., and the film starts at 7.
