Applications are open for Wimberley ISD families to apply for their student(s) to receive free breakfast or lunch meals at WISD during the 2025-26 school year. Any student that qualifies for free or reduced price meals will automatically be able to receive free breakfast, and beginning on September 1st, will receive free lunches as well.
To qualify for this program, the student’s family household income must be within the Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines. A student may also qualify for certain nutrition programs if they or their household meets the following criteria.
For those households that qualify for free or reduced-price meals based on income, an adult in the household must fill out an application. The quickest way to process the application is by completing the online version available once you log in to your Linq Connect student meal account online at: linqconnect. com/main Paper copies are also available at the WISD administration building and all four campuses. In addition, you can print copies from the website in both English and Spanish here: wimberleyisd. net/free-reducedmeals Applications may be submitted anytime during the school year. In related news, prices for student meals at WISD cafeterias will remain the same for the 2025-26 school year as they were a year ago. The meal prices are as follows:

Student Lunch: $2.85 Student Breakfast: $2.00
Jacob’s Well Elementary:
Student Lunch: $3.10 Student Breakfast: $2.05
Danforth JH:
Student Lunch: $3.35 Student Breakfast: $2.10
Wimberley HS:
Student Lunch: $4.00 Student Breakfast: $2.15
