Last week, the City of Wimberley’s Board of Adjustments voted 3-2 against granting two sign variances requested by the Neon Armadillo restaurant and bar. Located at the Junction of RR12 and SH32, owners Molly and Micah Bowan requested two variances to permit the construction of an external neon roof sign that exceeded the size limit and type of signage allowed by the City of Wimberley Sign Ordinance.
